Something was wrong with one of our lug nuts and he clued us in as to how it could've happened and the measures to fix it. A knowledgeable man. He went above and beyond. I had a great experience with the guys today and was greatly appreciative of them fitting me in to accommodate my schedule. Service was fast and friendly, but most importantly for me, the vibes were great.
